WELCOME

This Home Page is the starting point for the Cambridge Resource Centre web site.

The Cambridge Mental Health Resource
Centre is an accessible and dynamic space with an Internet Café, open to all service-users. This allows people recovering from complex mental health problems to meet alongside others within their local community.

We support individuals to access Community life.

We work with community providers to promote and maximise social inclusive opportunities.

How we Work

The Resource Centre team offer focused time-limited interventions shaped around person-centred individual plans to enable people recovering from complex mental health problems to access local community opportunities.

A key role of the Resource Centre staff team is to develop partnerships with community providers in Education, Work, Arts, Sports, and Leisure further.
We continue to work with them on their
social inclusion agendas. These partnerships will be a resource to Mental Health workers across statutory and voluntary agencies
and our local community.

Some courses can be accessed directly without referral to the resource centre.
