Can Refer: Professional mental health workers from Acute
& CPRS wards and their associated community based teams.
Referral Procedure: Completion of referral form and one
to one interview.
Sector/Area: Cambridge area plus area covered by sector
team.
Funding: CAPMHP NHS Trust.
User Involvement: Service users have control and ownership
of action plan.
Aims & Objectives: To provide information, vocational
assessment, and advice to users of Cambridge Mental Health Services
aged 18-65 years.
Service Aims: To provide information and support for
people, enabling them to develop an action plan which may help
to eventually obtain employment or other meaningful activity.
Service Objectives: To work closely with people in assessing
their training or employment needs and to provide an opportunity
to develop an action plan.
