Cam-mind organise several activities and groups and clubs for its members and their carers / families. They provide a helping hand towards social integration, reducing inequalities and promoting mental health and well-being.

Activities

They offer many different types of day services for referred people only, including:

* Drop-in sessions
* Pottery group
* Art group
* Sunday Lunches
* Coffee mornings

They also have a one-to-one befriending service and offer supported housing.
